
Lamarr Peters:
Currently the director of coaching for WAZA FC Ithaca and high school soccer color analyst for ESPN 1160 in Ithaca, N.Y., Peters previously served as head coach at Triton College in River Grove, Ill., and as an assistant coach at Schoolcraft College in Livonia, Mich. While at Schoolcraft, the program twice qualified for the junior college championships, finishing sixth nationally both seasons.
From 2007-11, Peters was the head coach of the girls varsity soccer team at Lansing High. He led the team to five league and division titles, four sectional championships and two regional finals.
In 2016 s LaMarr was an assistant coach for the Red Dragon men’s soccer program.
As a player, Peters was a three-year starter at Oakland University in Rochester, Mich., helping lead the team to three NCAA Div. II playoff berths including an appearance in the national championship game in 1994. Following college, Peters competed professionally for the Michigan Bucks, Eastern Shore Sharks, Detroit Rockers and Windsor Borderstars.
A native of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., Peters and his wife, Havana, currently reside in Lansing, N.Y., with their daughter, Isis.
