Teo was born in Guatemala, where he fell in love with soccer. At the age of 18 months, Teo was adopted to the United States already kicking anything that resembled a ball.

 

Teo found Waza and has been with the club for over ten years. He played for the 2017-18 Ithaca High School Class AA varsity soccer team, reaching the New York State final four playoffs.

 

Teo has been mentored as a player and as a coach by Lamar Peters, Maureen Whitehead, and Chris Thomas. Teo is currently working on his class D coaching license!
